Welcome to 21meals. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 21meals mobile application and website (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

21meals is a meal-planning service for Indian households, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The App suggests healthy meal plans, including dish information, calorie and macro estimates, and prep notes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. The service

21meals provides meal suggestions and planning tools. We do our best to keep dish information, calorie counts and macros accurate, but these are estimates intended for general guidance. Actual nutritional values vary with ingredients, portion sizes and preparation.

5. Plans, payments and subscriptions

• Some features are free; others may require a paid plan or subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App and are payable through our third-party payment partner.
• Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, where applicable. You can manage or cancel through the App or the relevant app store.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit our content without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems.
• Upload anything harmful, misleading, or that infringes others' rights.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its content, meal database, design, logo, mascot and software, is owned by 21meals or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own household meal planning.

8. Third-party services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as WhatsApp for sharing, and payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 21meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm us or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the App.
