Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans purchased on 21meals. By buying a paid plan, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can use the relevant paid features for the trial period at no charge. You may cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan may convert to a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or through the app store you purchased it from.
- When you cancel, you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, the plan will not renew.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.
3. Refunds
Because 21meals provides digital content and personalised meal plans that are available immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we want you to be happy with the service, so we will consider refunds in good faith in cases such as:
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period.
- A technical problem on our side prevented you from accessing the paid features and we were unable to resolve it.
- Other circumstances we consider reasonable, at our discretion.
To request a refund, email hello@21meals.fit within 7 days of the charge, with your registered mobile number/email and the reason for your request.
4. How approved refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment partner.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
- If you purchased through an app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), refunds may be subject to that store's own policies and may need to be requested through them.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date.
